The McLeodUSA Your Account portal gives you one comprehensive control center for managing your services, billing and payments, and reports.

You can easily View and/or Pay your bill, including:
  • A current statement
  • View and/or download past invoices
  • Make one-time debit or credit card payments
  • Set up automatic recurring payment (from bank account)
  • Eliminate clutter with paperless billing
You can manage the following information:
  • Add, delete or change email addresses
  • Dynamic Integrated Access (VoIP) account management, setup and feature administration
  • E-911 account management
You can view company reports/analysis, including:
  • Long distance reporting and downloading capabilities
  • Managed dedicated services performance reports
You can check the status of your recent order with McLeodUSA

And finally, you can manage account information, which includes:
  • Administrator functionality to add, delete and modify user accounts
  • User functionality to allow users to change their contact information, username and password information
