Changing LD Plan Minutes
During the first 90 days of service, you cannot change your monthly Long Distance plan minutes. Following that 90-day period, you may adjust your plan up or down. Changes made to package plan minutes will take effect in the next full billing cycle.

You can change minutes through an automated process accessible through the Customer Service number, 1-800-593-1177.
