| If you would like to set up recurring automatic payment from your checking or savings account, simply log in to the Your Account section of our website and click on View/Pay Your Bill for your payment options.
Alternately, you can download our Direct Payment Request Form (see below, PDF). Once you complete it, attach a voided check and mail it to the address listed on the form, or fax to 319-790-6952 with a voided check copy. |
