| There are several ways to pay your McLeodUSA bill.
Pay Online - Once or Recurring You can make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card, or set up recurring automatic payment from your checking or savings account. To get started, log in to the Your Account section of our Web site and click on View/Pay Your Bill. (This is a secure connection.) Direct Payment In addition to setting up direct payment online, you can download a PDF of our Direct Payment Request Form below. Once you complete it, attach a voided check and mail it to the address listed on the form, or fax to 319-790-6952 with a voided check copy. Payment by Mail Mail to: McLeodUSA P.O. Box 3243 Milwaukee, WI 53201-3243 Overnight Payment Address McLeod USA - PAETEC Communications Inc. 400 WillowBrook Office Park Fairport, NY 14450 ATTN: Cash Applications (LM) Check By Phone Payment Customers may make Check By Phone payments by calling 1-866-344-0160 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Western Union Payment You may send your payment via Western Union on its Blue Quick Collect form. You will need to provide Western Union with your account number as well as the city code for McLeodUSA, which is MCLEODUSA (one word, all capital letters). Credit Card Payment By Phone Option You may pay on your account with your Credit Card via our automated system. The number to call for a credit card payment is 1-800-216-8331 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. You must have your McLeodUSA account number ready. There will be a handling fee charged to your credit card. Tip: Ensure prompt processing of payments Return the bottom portion of the first page of your bill (remittance portion) with your payment using the enclosed envelope, or sign up for one of our automatic payment options. Please write your account and telephone numbers on your check or money order. If you are paying for multiple accounts, attach the remittance portion of each bill to ensure that every account is properly credited. How soon is my payment applied to my account? It takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after the payment is received through the mail to be posted on your account. |
