Extra charges on first bill?
Your first bill will probably carry more than one month's worth of charges. This is not a mistake. McLeodUSA follows the industry standard of billing one month in advance for local services.

Your first bill will show the following charges:
1) Charges from your signup date to your first regular bill date.
2) Charges for services for the next full month.

If you believe there is an error with your bill, please contact McLeodUSA customer service at 1-800-593-1177.

Request a Repair.
A Repair Request initiates a formal service process that carries various fees. To avoid unnecessary charges and delays, we advise our customers to troubleshoot service problems in our online Answer Center before Requesting a Repair.
