Avoid the paper pile up and delays of billing by mail. Sign up for paperless statements today!

No more watching the in basket. With paperless statements, you will receive two separate emails:
  • One notifying you when your statement is ready to view online.
  • Another notifying you several days before your minimum payment is due if we have not yet received your payment.

Paperless enrollment is just one of many features you can access through our "Your Account" web portal. First-time users complete a brief, simple registration process.

If I have paperless statements, can I get copies of my paper statements?

Yes. Simply go to Your Account > View/Pay Your Bill > View Invoices to print out your last 4 statements. Your last 4 statements are available to print 24/7. The PDF versions of your Online Statements include all the information you would find on your monthly McLeodUSA paper statements.

How do I cancel paperless statements and start receiving paper statements again? Just log in to Your Account and go to View/Pay Your Bill - Paperless Statements. Then, click "Cancel Paperless Statements" to cancel your enrollment.

How do I pay my bill if I have paperless statements?

The easiest way to pay is online. Log in to Your Account and set up online payments by clicking "View/Pay Your Bill." It's fast, secure and free!
